How many sessions does the $125 cover? One or several? If the latter, how many weeks does it run for?

Marvel comics and some of the other diosributtrs often place bar codes on the new stand edition comic books. This was very commonly done in the 80 s and 90 s and is probably still practiced today. Basically if those issues of spiderman where purchased from a drug store, grocery store or other none comic book store it will have a bar code. If the comic was purchased from a comic book store it would have a logo. Historically direct edition comics have been slightly more valuable than new stand edition, but I honestly don't think people often make the distinction these days.

Hmm, I wonder whhteer Atlanta in August or Las Vegas in July would be worse? Now that I think about it, probably Atlanta. Humidity and all that.I forgot to link to it, but when I was working on a draft of this post earlier I found an interesting write-up on , which broke people's concerns into 4 groups:1. Economically Strapped pick the closest city.2. Vacation Location pick a city where, even if the con sucks, you can have a good time on vacation.3. Let's Not Get Ridiculous pick a good city, but make sure the facilities committee are up to the task.4. City outside? What city? pick based on the committee and facilities, and don't worry about where it is.Somewhere along the line, I seem to have moved from category 1 to category 2. Or maybe 3. I can't quite bring myself to hop on a plane to attend an uninteresting con.

When do you update, anaywy? I thought I had you pegged for a MWF schedule, but that doesn't always seem to be the case. At the very least, I check the site every MWF to see if there are updates. Sometimes I get a new comic!

Well I was rellay rellay hoping they would choose someone that LOOKED slightly like Katniss so, if they don't dye her hair, I'm gonna be very annoyed. I must admit; she looks kinda, uh, dreamy, to be Katniss, but, um, we'll see, I guess. (Although I was going for Hailee Steinfield (she's a good actress (Nominated for an Academy Award at 14?) and looks like a Katniss) or Emma Roberts)

OK I love comics but I have alawys just been a Marvel guy even though I like a lot of DC characters. But I never really read DC before because I just didn't know the continuity. But this new reboot has got me reading DC for really the 1st time. this book was really great I thought Lee's art was great I really like the story so far I just really like the idea of seeing these characters 1st introduction to each other. I am going to be picking up as many of these 1st issues I can.

Its Alex Ross' little detlias that get me. Look right in front of Iron Man, you'll see a tiny Wasp, and the thing in the background looks to be Ant-Man's mask while he's in Giant Mode. Those little subtleties are what makes Alex a great artist. I highly recommend picking up the book Mythology: The Art of Alex Ross, if you haven't done so already. Even if you're not an aspiring artist, its still a great coffee table book.

Apr06 I was really ectixed about this news, as I've been waiting for IDW to announce the next book in this series and Simonson's Thor is a great coup. Scott Dunbier indicated back in New York last fall that they are planning some even larger volumes reprinting silver age art full size.
